Location: London Office (3 days in-office)

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing, high-growth technology-driven financial services company that provides multi-currency accounts and payments solutions to businesses and individuals. This is a pivotal hire to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO, and will play a key role in developing the FP&A function as the business scales. You will also gain exposure to the workings of a listed company, including board reporting and financial analyst interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals
  • Provide commentary to the Board on monthly performance
  • Develop long-term financial plans to support investor communications and strategic decision-making
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to inform planning and investment decisions
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
  • Act as a business partner to operational teams to support informed financial decisions
  • Collaborate across departments to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist with calculations related to commissions, incentives, and other key business expenses
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in FP&A or a related commercial finance role
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Experience in high-growth SME environments is desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
