Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days a week in Central London

Contract: Initial 6 months (Outside IR35)

Day Rate: £400-£500pd Outside IR35

Start: ASAP / urgent requirement

We are supporting a fast-moving, people-first organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme focused on improving data quality and implementing a new NetSuite ERP platform. This engagement sits within a broader finance and systems transformation, where the business is transitioning from multiple legacy data sources into a more structured and scalable environment. The focus is on improving data integrity, readiness, and consistency to support the successful rollout and ongoing use of NetSuite.

We are supporting the appointment of two interim Data Analysts to join a critical data workstream within a NetSuite programme. This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on profiling, cleansing, and preparing large volumes of legacy data for migration. The emphasis is on execution over oversight, requiring individuals who are comfortable working directly with complex datasets and driving tangible outputs. You will work closely with a Data Manager, SME, and Programme leadership to improve data quality, support validation processes, and ensure data is ready for migration into NetSuite.

Responsibilities

  • Profile and assess data across multiple legacy systems, identifying quality issues and gaps
  • Cleanse, standardise, and enrich datasets to align with target system requirements
  • Support data migration activities into NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Execute data quality checks and validation processes ahead of migration cycles
  • Build and maintain Excel-based analysis to support profiling and cleansing activities
  • Work closely with the Data Manager to prioritise and resolve data issues
  • Collaborate with SMEs and programme stakeholders to define and apply data standards
  • Document data issues, assumptions, and resolutions clearly for audit and tracking purposes
  • Support wider programme deliverables linked to data readiness and quality assurance

Requirements

Essential

  • Must have NetSuite ERP experience (NetSuite NSPB even better)
  • Strong Excel capability, including working with large and complex datasets
  • Proven experience in data profiling, cleansing, and data quality improvement
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and output
  • Experience supporting data migration or transformation programmes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within data
  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced programme environment

This is an interim, outside IR35 position with some travel to a London office. If you feel like you have the skillset then feel free to apply with your latest CV.
