Stanton House is recruiting for an Investment Analyst/Associate to join an Investment Management Firm in London. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office and the rest from home. This is a fantastic, commercially driven role that involves managing a broad range of responsibilities while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit analysis, assign ratings, and attend tenant/borrower meetings
- Support deal pricing and Investment Committee papers in coordination with clients
- Manage a credit portfolio and contribute to sector research
- Use financial models for credit analysis, structuring, valuation, and scenario testing
- Assist Client Solutions with business development activities
- Prepare investment reports, factsheets, and investor responses
- Coordinate input from legal, regulatory, and financial advisers
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:
- Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS)
- Real estate knowledge and valuation experience preferred
- Proactive and able to work independently or in a team
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Commercially minded, analytical, and curious
- Clear and confident communicator with strong writing skills
- Collaborative team player
- Experience in credit risk and financial statement analysis is advantageous
