Group FP&A Business Partner required for a large listed international group (Hybrid – Buckinghamshire). Office location: Buckinghamshire (hybrid, with occasional international travel). Stanton House are partnering with a highly successful large listed international group, operating across 50 businesses in over 20 countries, delivering innovative solutions in healthcare, environmental, and safety markets. With a strong track record of growth and a reputation for operational excellence, the business is seeking a Group FP&A Business Partner to join its Head Office finance team.
This is a high-profile role at the heart of group decision-making, responsible for producing and developing business performance reporting, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with senior leaders including the Board and Executive Committee. You’ll be instrumental in evolving the FP&A function from reporting to true business partnering, leveraging the Group’s new Tagetik reporting platform to improve analysis and decision-making.
Key Requirements:- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity international group environment
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and FP&A (Tagetik experience desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with IFRS
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a collaborative, decentralised business model
- Deliver high-quality group performance reporting, analysis, and insight for senior decision makers
- Partner with senior leaders to challenge and support operational and commercial decision-making
- Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across 50 global operating companies
- Consolidate monthly management accounts for Board and Executive review
- Produce group-level sales and orders reporting on a weekly basis
- Support half-year and year-end statutory reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement of the Group’s FP&A and consolidation tools, particularly Tagetik
- Educate and collaborate with operating companies to improve reporting quality and timeliness
