We’re seeking a strategic, detail-driven, and inspirational Global Controller to oversee our financial close processes, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and drive operational excellence. In this senior leadership role, you’ll own the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting across all regions — while leading a talented accounting team to new heights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end and year-end closes across all subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS/local standards.
- Manage global consolidations, resolving complex issues like intercompany eliminations, foreign exchange, and cross-border transactions.
- Own the audit process for all subsidiaries and group entities, building strong relationships with external auditors and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Deliver timely, insightful reporting for both internal and external stakeholders, while continuously improving processes and leveraging automation.
- Lead and inspire your team, mentoring future finance leaders and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Develop robust accounting policies and procedures that align with strategic goals and regulatory changes.
- Provide technical accounting expertise on complex transactions, producing clear, well-supported accounting papers.
- Drive special projects, from system upgrades to post-acquisition integrations, in partnership with tax, treasury, legal, and operations teams.
