Group FP&A Analyst being hired for an software business in Berkshire. £60,000 – £65,000 plus bonus & benefits As a Group FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful financial information to key stakeholders, including senior management, Exco, and the board. You’ll be at the heart of financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives while contributing to continuous process improvements. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria: Degree-educated and ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience). Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally in a high-growth or software/SaaS environment. Strong financial modelling and data analytics skills Comfortable challenging current processes and recommending improvements.
