This is a high-impact FP&A Analyst role, ideal for a data-driven and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating with ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence decision-making in a growth-led, investor-backed business.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the group consolidation and month-end reporting process across multiple entities
- Manage month-end, working closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders
- Prepare management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentary
- Support delivery of annual budgets, full reforecasts and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain robust 3-statement financial models
- Deliver commercial analysis, including IRR modelling, site-level investment returns and payback analysis
- Support pricing initiatives, loyalty schemes and other value-add commercial projects
- Produce performance decks and senior reporting packs for finance leadership
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, automation and systems
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 2+ years experience within a finance, FP&A or reporting role, ideally in a high-growth or PE-backed environment
- Strong technical skills across management accounts, forecasting and 3-statement modelling
- Highly data-savvy with advanced Excel capability (Power BI experience beneficial)
- Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders
- Self-starter able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
