We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to play a key role in evolving a global finance function within a complex, multi-entity organisation. This position will lead high-impact initiatives focused on standardising processes, strengthening controls, and preparing the business for future ERP and finance technology investment. You will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, efficient, and insight-driven finance capabilities that support business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead ERP readiness and finance transformation initiatives, including process standardisation and operating model design
- Assess and optimise finance processes, systems, and data to improve efficiency, control, and scalability
- Strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Drive the transition from siloed operations to a consistent global finance model
- Enhance management reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including stakeholder management and benefits realisation
- Promote automation, improved data quality, and continuous improvement across finance
- Qualified accountant or strong finance background with experience in transformation, ERP, or process improvement
- Proven track record in standardising processes and implementing robust controls within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of finance operations, governance, and working capital drivers
- Commercially minded, analytical, and focused on delivering measurable improvements
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
