This strategic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence financial decision-making, drive performance, and support business scaling. You\’ll lead key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, while bringing valuable insights to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Partner with senior operational leaders to provide financial guidance

✔ Lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

✔ Build commercial models and business cases to assess investment opportunities

✔ Support resource planning and strategic decision-making

✔ Drive improvements in financial processes and controls

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Is a qualified finance professional with strong commercial acumen

✔ Has experience in finance business partnering (ideally within tech, operations, or FS)

✔ Is confident in financial modelling and Excel

✔ Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
