Job Description Commercial Finance Manager being hired for a leading recruitment and consultancy business group based in London! up to £70,000 + bonus Stanton House are proud to be supporting a private equity backed leading recruitment, consultancy and training business. The Group have secured significant investments and are currently gearing up for future growth. As a result they are looking to hire a finance manager that will business partner director level stakeholders across the business to drive revenue whilst also ensuring strong month end reporting and financial analysis is delivered. This role will manage 2 direct reports and reporting into the financial controller. You will have the opportunity to join a great team and play an instrumental part in driving success within the Finance function and help to drive sales performance. You will be responsible for Delivering commercial insights to the business to improve decision making and increase profitability business partner senior and director level stakeholders to understand and identify areas of risk and help support driving sales performance Regular review of the cost base, assessing potential areas in which the business that could spend more appropriately and supporting on procurement activities to improve value from suppliers
