Stanton House is supporting a PE backed facilities management business to onboard an automation expert. The selected candidate will spearhead one of their critical transformation projects, focused on streamlining efficiencies using MS Power Automate. This role focuses on automating key transactional processes that currently require significant manual input, aiming to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand existing workflows and develop automated solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Automate key transactional processes such as quote submission, job card data transfer, and billing information upload to customer portals.
- Develop and implement error handling and validation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and process robustness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify further automation opportunities across various departments.
Key requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with data warehouses or similar data sources.
