A senior, analysis-led pricing role supporting complex FM and IFM bids with meaningful commercial impact.

This is a hands-on Facilities Management Pricing Specialist role within a specialist pricing team, supporting strategic Hard FM, Soft FM and Integrated FM bids across a diverse portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping bid submissions through detailed financial analysis, cost modelling and commercial insight. On some opportunities you will lead pricing activity; on others you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, providing the analytical depth, challenge and modelling required to inform pricing decisions. Working closely with Business Development, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and FM subject-matter experts, you will translate operational solutions into credible, competitive and financially robust pricing. While predominantly remote, the role includes occasional travel to UK offices or client sites for bid reviews and workshops. Due to the bid-driven nature of the role, some flexibility around working hours is required during peak submission periods.

Key Focus Areas

  • Financial analysis and cost modelling for Hard FM, Soft FM and IFM bid pricing
  • Ownership of detailed pricing models aligned to client requirements and risk profiles
  • Working with FM SMEs to review, validate and challenge operational assumptions
  • Modelling FM labour structures, labour loading and associated on-costs
  • Identification of commercial risks, opportunities and value drivers within bids
  • Commercial commentary to support internal reviews and bid governance
  • Supporting competitive yet margin-conscious pricing outcomes
  • Contribution to the development and improvement of pricing tools and models
  • Managing multiple bids within a deadline-driven environment, including occasional out-of-hours working.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Pricing Specialist, Pricing Manager, Estimator or Commercial Pricing role within Facilities Management or IFM
  • Strong working knowledge across Hard FM and Soft FM, with broader IFM exposure
  • Confidence engaging with FM SMEs and interrogating assumptions through data and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience producing complex pricing models from first principles
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Why Apply

  • High-impact role influencing major FM and IFM bid outcomes
  • Strong analytical remit rather than delivery or people management
  • Opportunity to work on complex, strategic bids
  • Exposure to senior commercial and operational stakeholders
  • Remote-first role with flexible, outcome-focused working
