We are hiring a Compliance & Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team at Stanton House. This is a key position within the Finance team and will include understanding and processing of compliance and onboarding for our interim contractors and supporting areas of finance. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative team where you can learn, develop and make an impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, and willingness to learn and understand why things are done a certain way and develop best practice and approach.
  • Strong can‑do attitude that enables them to work things out, if needed.
  • Pro‑active and self‑motivated with an eagerness to learn.
  • Ideally 1‑2 years’ experience in a finance, compliance or administrative related role, preferably within the recruitment industry.

  • Ability to work under pressure, this is a fast‑paced environment!
