Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a fresh challenge within a high-performing, values driven business? Stanton House is a specialist global recruitment company dedicated to connecting talented senior individuals with top-notch opportunities within the Accounting & Finance, Transformation, Data and Cybersecurity fields. We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the recent launch of our Private-Equity CFO team into the US market.

Our Private-Equity practice has seen exponential growth since its launch in 2023, with the highest average Daily GP, deal size and billings per head across our UK business. This role will focus on placing permanent CFOs, and CFO-1, with mid-market PE backed businesses across the US. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, which can lead to a wide range of career opportunities.

The role will require some flexibility to meet customer needs, with occasional travel to Chicago and working US hours. You will be an expert on growing your customer network, winning new business, and self-sufficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. No matter your level of experience, we will provide a bespoke training programme to help you achieve your ambitions, whether that is to manage a team or continue down the client development and pure customer route.

  • An established permanent consultant, with a track record of success in placing candidates at CFO and CFO-1 level
  • Knowledge of the Private Equity market
  • An outstanding billing track record with proven sales and business development success
