Chief Revenue Officer | Confidential Executive Search

London | Executive Package + Bonus + Equity

Stanton House is partnering on a confidential retained search for an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to join a high-growth, private equity-backed, subscription-based B2B business entering the next phase of its evolution.

Having grown organically and through acquisition, the business is now focused on transforming its commercial organisation into a world‑class revenue engine capable of accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), increasing customer lifetime value and creating significant shareholder value ahead of a future liquidity event.

The successful candidate will inherit a sizeable commercial organisation spanning Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Operations, and will be responsible for transforming the business from a product‑led sales organisation into a highly disciplined, enterprise‑focused commercial function. The role will partner closely with Product, Marketing and Consulting to commercialise AI‑enabled propositions, expand strategic customer relationships and deliver a more integrated, solutions‑led go‑to‑market strategy.

We're looking for an executive who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on commercial leadership and has successfully led commercial organisations through growth, transformation, acquisition integration and private equity ownership.

We're particularly interested in executives who can demonstrate:

  • Executive leadership experience within a B2B subscription or recurring revenue business, with responsibility for significant commercial revenues across large enterprise accounts.
  • A proven track record of growing ARR, improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and maximising customer lifetime value.
  • Experience building enterprise customer relationships through strategic account management, cross‑selling, upselling and solutions‑led selling.
  • Success integrating commercial teams following acquisitions and creating a unified go‑to‑market organisation.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Consulting teams to successfully commercialise new propositions, including AI‑enabled capabilities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a highly analytical, metrics‑driven approach to forecasting, performance management and commercial decision‑making.
  • Experience operating within private equity‑backed or similarly high‑growth environments where pace, ambiguity and value creation are central to the agenda.

We welcome interest from proven CROs and Commercial/Growth executives who have built and scaled recurring revenue businesses across SaaS, technology, data, business services or other complex B2B environments specifically with Large Enterprise.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an ambitious executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial future of the business while helping deliver the next phase of growth and value creation.

Due to the confidential nature of this search, further information will be shared with suitable candidates following an initial discussion and signature of an NDA
