Stanton House is currently working with a high-profile organisation with the sport industry who is searching for a Change Manager with Workday experience to support the implementation and adoption of Workday across HR and Finance.
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with functional leads and change managers within finance and HR, providing leadership, coordination, and hands-on support to embed new ways of working. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with active delivery, including detailed impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
This is a fixed-term role within a small, dynamic team, requiring resilience, strong interpersonal skills, and the gravitas to lead change in a complex, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies to support SaaS system deployments across the organisation.
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs, toolkits, and user adoption initiatives to drive successful change.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, HR, Finance, and business leaders—to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.
- Monitor, measure, and report on adoption, readiness, and resistance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and briefings to promote engagement and foster a culture of change readiness.
- Support business readiness activities, including the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and go-live preparation.
- Apply established change management methodologies and contribute to their continuous improvement for effective change delivery.
