With an ambitious growth strategy, the company is expanding through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting long-term business objectives.
The Role
The CFO will take full ownership of the financial strategy and operations, ensuring strong financial governance while driving business performance and value creation. This is a hands-on role that requires a commercially focused finance leader with a deep understanding of multi-site businesses and private equity environments.

- Experience & Background
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a private equity-backed, multi-site business.
- A strong track record in M&A, fundraising, and financial restructuring.

- Strong understanding of multi-site financial models, including reimbursement structures and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing site rollouts, capital expenditure, and contract negotiations.

- Private Equity & Investor Management
- Act as the primary financial liaison between the company and private equity investors.
- Deliver high-quality board reporting and investor presentations.
- Ensure financial transparency and compliance with private equity-backed reporting requirements.
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure regulatory and financial compliance across all business locations.
- Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax advisors.
