About the Role:

We are hiring a Regional Director of FP&A to join a dynamic finance leadership team. This is a strategic, high-impact commercial partnership role supporting all international markets outside the US and Canada. You will work closely with the CFO and regional commercial leaders to accelerate performance, de-risk delivery against targets, and drive financial transparency across multiple countries, currencies, and commercial models. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making from Day 1, champion FP&A excellence, and lead a small, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Partnership & P&L Ownership
    • Partner with regional leaders to embed financial discipline and drive performance
    • Provide transparency on commercial decisions and influence outcomes
    • Attend commercial and leadership meetings with insight and challenge
    • Support trade/marketing investment planning and performance tracking
  • Financial Planning, Forecasting & Modelling
    • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for international markets
    • Monitor working capital, capex, and marketing spend for alignment and accuracy
    • Build and maintain advanced financial models to guide decision-making
  • Performance Management & Executive Reporting
    • Prepare monthly flash sales and summary reports highlighting performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
    • Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for operational and financial transparency
    • Support reporting to leadership, lenders, and investors
  • FP&A Leadership & Process Improvement
    • Lead and coach a team of 2 FP&A professionals
    • Improve FP&A tools, reporting, and processes across multi-market operations
    • Implement scalable planning processes to support growth

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years FP&A, corporate, or strategic finance experience (CPG preferred)
  • Experience across complex international markets (EU, APAC, LATAM)
  • Proven partnership with commercial/sales leaders
  • Expertise in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and P&L management
