A scaling PE-backed SaaS business is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will support Group reporting, consolidations, statutory accounts, audit delivery, and financial controls across an international, multi-entity environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified accountant seeking their first or second move from practice into industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Support monthly Group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
- -Assist with month-end close and management reporting.
- -Support the preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- -Assist with audit, tax, and VAT reporting requirements.
- -Support bank and covenant reporting activities.
- -Assist with acquisition accounting and integration projects.
- -Contribute to improvements in financial controls and reporting processes.
To Be Suitable
- -ACA or ACCA qualified with a practice-trained background.
- -External audit experience, ideally gained within a Top 20 firm.
- -Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- -Exposure to group reporting and consolidations.
- -Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- -Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
