As part of an ongoing technology transformation, they are seeking a

Technology Delivery Lead to help drive the delivery of complex products, platforms and services within a modern product-centric operating model.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery professional who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering and business stakeholders, enabling high-performing teams to deliver valuable outcomes predictably and efficiently.

The Role

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for creating the conditions that allow engineering and product teams to succeed.

You'll facilitate planning, forecasting and delivery activities, remove blockers, manage risks and ensure teams are continuously improving their ways of working.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders and senior stakeholders to balance priorities, optimise delivery performance and ensure commitments are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and delivery governance activities.
  • Facilitate quarterly and long-range planning, ensuring demand is aligned with available capacity.
  • Support roadmap delivery across platforms, products, services and strategic initiatives.
  • Produce reliable forecasts using delivery metrics such as throughput, velocity, lead time and cycle time.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, ensuring visibility and proactive mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and team feedback.
  • Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and psychological safety.
  • Partner with Engineering and Delivery leadership on resource planning, capacity management and delivery performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering software products, platforms or technology services within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Senior Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and planning cycles.
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple teams or complex programmes of work.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with modern software engineering practices including Dev Ops, CI/CD and platform-based delivery.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Miro or similar tooling.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice to Have
  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile or PMI-ACP.
  • Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, telecommunications or critical infrastructure.
  • Exposure to programme or portfolio-level planning and governance.
