As an Associate Consultant at Stanton House you are responsible for successfully identifying and building relationships with the best candidates on the market. In addition, you will be doing sales from day one, with a responsibility for the full recruitment cycle balancing the needs of both candidate and client. We are growing on multiple teams across London so there is an opportunity to become a market expert in either Accounting and Finance and Change and Transformation working with global listed businesses. You don’t need to be an expert in any of these fields as long as you are willing to learn, we can teach you the rest!
