This is a great opportunity for a FP&A Consultant to join a Multinational Manufacturing Business. The Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer on all Budgeting and Forecasting, taking ownership of forecasting cycles and be the go-to for strategic decisions, * Partner with the Chief Financial Officer across strategic plan.

Have ownership of financial modelling for strategic plan, analysis and capex projects.

Support group financial planning and analysis, giving insight and foresight to the CFO to allow effective decision making.

Partner with the Group Business Director and the business teams including financial analysis of all innovation, business development projects, monitoring and reporting on strategy delivery and supporting the improvement of the return on investment in the technology area.

Support the groups planning processes including the financial model for the strategic plan, annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.

Continually improve the financial reporting process and information including monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and Capex reporting

Own the investment appraisal process for all the innovation activities

Own the reporting and analysis by business/market area to support the delivery of the strategic objectives o Support the business decision making and reporting of incubator activities

Support the business decision making and reporting of accelerator activities

Report on the Return on Investment of the overall investment in the innovation area using the right metrics and tools

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3 years post qualified experince

Maufacturing or FMCG experince (highly desirable)

Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally in a Globla manufaturing environment
