Lead the forward looking financial reporting cycles, principally the annual budget and quarterly forecasts

Critically assess financial projections to ensure outlooks are robust

Lead the delivery of the monthly Board reporting requirements on business performance. This involves financial inputs alongside reviewing

Continually improve business modelling tools to ensure improved accuracy

Work closely with and influence key leadership team members to ensure financial projections are deduced from collective discussion with the business

Act as finance lead for all projects that require business case analysis. Such initiatives will be across the business, from commercial initiatives through to back office investment cases

Professional finance qualification, ACA, CIMA or ACCA

Retail or FMCG sector experience would be advantageous

A minimum of 2 years FP&A experience is required
