Position Objective:

We now wish to expand our team in London with ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded professionals seeking a new, interesting and dynamic challenge. The candidate will develop the Technology & AI practice group within the Stanton Chase London Office. They will lead business development and client account management for their practice group placing the best talent available for client organization requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client portfolio for the Technology & AI practice group.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing and business development activities in order to achieve short and long-term revenue and profitability goals.
  • Create and pursue an extensive network and executive contacts ideally with strategic and board levels.
  • Track the market for constant updates on news of mergers and acquisitions, industry trends, market share, hiring and downsizing updates and business strategies of the relevant industry.
  • Active communication (face to face meetings, phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, events, etc) with clients and prospects for business opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of pitches to all potential clients.
  • Client account management.
  • Develop an extensive understanding of client markets.
  • Leverage worldwide presence to generate referrals.
  • Understand other Stanton Chase consultants’ strengths and bring in an Industry or Functional Subject matter expert where and when appropriate.
  • Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care.
  • Elaborate a market research and candidate sourcing strategy with the Research Associate.
  • Keep active communication with clients during the search process.
  • Assess and deliver high quality candidates with a cultural fit.
  • Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.
  • Post-sale follow up with clients.

Education, Experience & other qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 12+ years of overall business experience, gained either in the Technology industry or consulting/retained search experience with a focus on the Technology industry.
  • Strong commercial skillset with a demonstrated track record of performance in consultative selling.
  • Exceptional relationship management at the highest level.
  • Able to manage time, prioritise with follow up and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Can easily work in a highly professional and collegiate team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, consistent with engaging senior level decision makers in client organizations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent presentation skills to present to C-Suite level clients.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at the C Suite and Board level within large corporations.
