Stantech Electrical is expanding! We are currently looking for Two Experienced Electricians to join our growing Commercial and Industrial divisions. If you are a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is looking for a role with variety and career stability, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for high-level electrical installations across a range of diverse projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Installation: Carrying out electrical works in strict accordance with IEE 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Infrastructure: Installing containment systems, including cable baskets, trunking, conduit, lighting, and power systems.
- Specialist Systems: Installing machinery, control systems, EV Chargers, and Solar PV technology.
- Testing: Performing fixed wiring testing and certification in line with IEE Guidance Note 3.
- Technical Literacy: Following project-specific drawings and specifications provided by your supervisor to ensure precision on every job.
What We’re Looking For
We need proactive individuals who can work effectively within a team or independently. To be successful, you should possess:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience post-completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and 18th Edition BS7671.
- Testing Skills: City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing) is highly desirable.
- Site Essentials: A valid Driving License, IPAF 3a/3b, and PASMA certification.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work at heights, and a sharp eye for detail.
