The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced EIA Coordinator from a Senior level through to Senior Associate to join our team permanently. With offices across the UK, we can offer a mix of home and office working to maintain a good work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, advising clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage EIA screening and scoping processes and prepare Environmental Statements, including reviewing technical input and producing other environmental and planning‑related reports.
- Lead environmental teams, oversee EIAs, develop client relationships, mentor junior team members, contribute to bid proposals, and handle the financial management of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong environmental planning (EIA) experience, preferably in the energy sector, and be either chartered or working towards chartership.
- Broad understanding of environmental issues, a working knowledge of different consenting regimes and development management procedures, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- A track record of project financial management and excellent communication skills are essential.
- DCO experience is not essential but is favourable.
- Ability to manage and mentor those around you will be an important asset.
