Your role will involve providing technical input to projects including stormwater overflows, model maintenance & water management, whilst assisting with bids and the preparation of cost estimates within our project frameworks. You will also take part in the planning, programming, and coordinating of urban drainage projects while ensuring delivery excellence, technical governance and best practices are upheld. You will receive expert guidance from your local team and the wider Stantec community, with our Storm Overflows Academy helping to equip you with the skills to excel. This, combined with the full spectrum of opportunities across Stantec, empowers you to make a real difference.
This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious and innovative team of engineers, working on a specialist modelling framework whilst contributing to industry leading projects. You will be based from our offices in Glasgow with hybrid working arrangements in place.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity you must be degree qualified and ideally be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You will demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of wastewater modelling activities and a working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and other relevant modelling and GIS packages. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills through report writing, developing and delivering presentations and making contacts in the industry. Most importantly, you will embody our values and ethos of client focus and service excellence.
