We are currently seeking an experienced EIA Coordinator at a Senior through to Senior Associate level to join our team permanently. Work can be a mix of home and office across the UK, encouraging applicants regardless of location. Our projects encompass major energy and infrastructure schemes, including carbon capture and storage, renewable energy, hydrogen, and transmission & distribution.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects; advise clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage EIA screening and scoping processes.
- Prepare Environmental Statements and review technical input.
- Lead environmental teams and oversee Environmental Impact Assessments.
- Develop client relationships and support development of junior team members.
- Contribute to proposals and financial management of projects.
- Deliver integrated environmental planning services.
Qualifications
- Strong environmental planning experience (EIA), ideally within energy sector or interest in it.
- Chartered or working towards chartership.
- Broad understanding of environmental issues and disciplines.
- Working knowledge of consenting regimes and development management procedures.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, financial project management, and excellent communication skills.
- Mentoring ability and flexibility to meet role demands.
