Stantec is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme in Southampton for a Graduate Civil Engineer to support clean and wastewater infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to construction. You will work with the local team and specialists across disciplines, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to present design solutions and contribute to reports and bids.

You will be part of a structured graduate development programme, with support for professional progression and ICE chartership.
