Stantec's dynamic MEP division in Great Suffolk Street, London, is seeking a Senior to Principal Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. It's an exciting time to be part of our MEP team! With a strong presence in London, we're set to expand our 30-strong team over the next year. You'll work from our modern central office, conveniently located near Southwark, Borough, and London Bridge stations.
We work on a diverse range of building services projects, from heritage and refurbishment to data centres, healthcare, and defence. Our MEP team are specialists in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design services for a variety of multidisciplinary projects. You'll ensure all projects meet our 'right first-time' standard and adhere to quality management procedures. Your responsibilities will include producing design deliverables such as specifications, drawings, and schedules. Beyond technical delivery, you'll also support timely invoicing, manage work in progress (WIP), and contribute to forward workload and resource planning for your projects. You'll also play a vital role in mentoring our graduates and apprentices, supporting their learning and development. About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a similar relevant discipline, and Chartered status with a relevant institution such as IET or CIBSE. You'll have a proven track record within an MEP environment.
