We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant passionate about employee engagement. Reporting to the Director of Employee Engagement, this role focuses on global engagement initiatives to create a consistent and impactful employee experience aligned with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating engagement programs such as recognition, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Building trusted relationships across the organization to share best practices that enhance employee experience.
- Leading the annual engagement survey and action planning cycle.
- Managing the Exit Survey platform and facilitating leadership conversations.
- Delivering presentations and training on employee engagement topics.
- Managing Global Recognition programs and platforms.
- Collaborating with external vendors through contracts management.
- Creating aligned communication strategies for HR messaging and talent branding.
- Researching external trends and best practices to inform engagement strategies.
Qualifications include:
- High-level knowledge of employee engagement principles and experience with engagement surveys and action plans.
- Strong facilitation skills for meetings and consultations at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in data presentation, analysis, metrics, and reporting.
- Experience in large, complex, global organizations, preferably within engineering, consultancy, or professional services sectors.
- Understanding of HR policies, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
