Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Redditch office, where you will support the design and delivery of structural engineering solutions across water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will join a progressive Civil and Structural Engineering team and work with colleagues across our wider Water, Civil, Structural and MEICA disciplines to support project delivery for water sector clients across Redditch, the wider region and nationally.

You will support structural design and assessment work for water and wastewater treatment works, pumping stations, tanks, chambers, foundations and associated infrastructure, working within highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams focused on sustainability, technical excellence and practical project delivery.

About The Role: As part of our Water and Structural Engineering teams, you will support structural design and project delivery across water and wastewater infrastructure projects, developing your technical capability while learning from experienced engineers and subject matter experts. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Supporting concept, scheme and detailed structural design for water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Preparing calculations, models, specifications, drawings and technical reports.
  • Supporting inspections, walkovers and site visits to assess existing water infrastructure assets.
  • Liaising with internal and external team members, developing relationships and communication skills.
  • Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines and supporting preparation of proposals or tenders for new work.
  • Engaging with wider Civil and Structural teams, technical leadership and sustainability initiatives to exchange best practice and support continuous improvement.
