Interview Coordinator to join our Early Careers Recruitment team on 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

As an Interview Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our graduate, apprentice and placement recruitment campaigns run smoothly.
You’ll be the key link between candidates, hiring managers and our recruitment team, coordinating interviews, managing communications and ensuring every candidate receives a professional and engaging experience from start to finish.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate interviews for our Early Careers recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gather availability and align interview schedules with candidate availability.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear, timely and professional communication via phone and email.
- Monitor the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to candidate queries and interview-related requests.
- Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team, providing regular updates on interview activity and campaign progress.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and scheduling records, ensuring data is always up to date.
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and enhance the candidate journey.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR environment.
- Experience managing interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- A positive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to deliver a first‑class candidate experience.
