As a Finance Graduate, you will form part of a dynamic and sociable regional team. The 3-year Finance graduate programme offers a unique blend of rotational experience and specialisation to build your experience to gain the ACCA or CIMA qualification. During the initial two years, you will gain exposure to diverse areas within finance, including Financial Accounting, Commercial Finance, Project Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable and Credit Control. In the final year, you'll specialise in one of the rotational areas tailored to your interests and our business needs. Please note, that some rotations will require travel between the Reading and Warrington offices. This travel will be reimbursed and is essential to provide you with hands‑on learning opportunities and direct interaction with team members.

About you

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with your Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, we’d love to receive your application if you are:

  • A Planner: Organising and managing your own activities, dealing effectively with multiple priorities with a structured approach.
  • An Adapter: Able to remain calm in new situations, comfortably switching between a variety of dynamic and exciting tasks.
  • A Multi‑Tasker: Thinking about more than one task at a time, while still having an eye for detail.
  • A Problem‑Solver: You’ll love to give your thoughts based on what you see, being unafraid to challenge conventional thinking.
  • A Striver: Exhibiting ownership, consistently delivering on tasks and objectives. You’ll be motivated and proactive in your tasks, having the desire to make a real difference.

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that colleagues are able to provide the appropriate level of support. Applicants must have an unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period without limitation.
