Stantec is seeking a highly organised Interview Coordinator to join our Early Careers Recruitment team on a 6 month fixed term contract in Reading (hybrid – 3 days in office). You will act as the central link between candidates, hiring managers and the recruitment team, coordinating interviews and communications to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
