Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for creating sustainable solutions? As an experienced EICA Engineer, you will work in multidisciplinary teams and liaise with Project Managers, Design Managers, Design Engineers, clients, supply chain partners, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the projects and community. You will be involved in projects from optioneering and concept design through to outline and detailed design as well as feasibility studies, site surveys and site investigations. Responsibilities & Qualifications
- You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject.
- You are Chartered or Incorporated with several years’ experience and a background in EICA engineering design.
- You have experience writing technical specifications, control philosophies, EICA schedules and drawings, and reports, and are familiar with developing designs of solutions.
- You can produce Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, Network Infrastructure Diagrams and provide engineering input to other disciplines to enable multidisciplinary outputs such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models, and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams.
- You understand DSEAR and its requirements regarding EICA design and installation.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver technical presentations to clients and other design engineers, and to input into collaborative design discussions including technical workshops, HAZOPs, and ALMs.
- You have experience in the Water sector; experience in the energy, infrastructure, or environmental sectors is also an advantage.
- You will act as a leader and mentor to more junior Engineers.
