Opportunity
Talent Acquisition Specialist Water Sector focused. Stantec’s UK business has grown significantly in recent years and the Talent Acquisition team have played an important role in supporting our continued expansion. To support further growth across our Regulated Water Sector in Scotland and across the wider UK, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. This is a high‑visibility role where you will be at the heart of our expansion, ideally based out of our Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Reading offices.
About The Role
This is a comprehensive end‑to‑end role where you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across numerous disciplines in our water sector. You will devise direct sourcing strategies and work with our sourcing team in the development of our candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements. You will play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience. This is a fast‑paced role where you will operate as a strategic partner to the business.

About You
You are a resilient TA practitioner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and isn’t afraid of high‑volume requirements. You will ideally bring a blend of in‑house and agency experience, with a proven track record in the Engineering, Construction, or Professional Services sectors. You enjoy working in a high‑volume recruitment function and have a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels. You pride yourself on being responsive, have a strong attention to detail and have a passion for finding the top talent in the market.
