The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth and expansion we are recruiting an experienced Digital Engineering Manager (with BIM experience). We have developed a strong reputation within the sector as a leading, progressive and forward-thinking consultancy, focused on delivering high‑quality outputs to ensure the client achieves their outcomes and business benefits. We need to develop our BIM capabilities across Information Management and 3D Modelling, following ISO19650. This role will focus on leading the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex Energy and Resources projects, including Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable, Waste & Generation projects, among others. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and driving innovation in digital project delivery. The Digital Engineering Manager will oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and manage project‑specific digital deliverables and support implementation across the project lifecycle.
About You
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline and ideally professional certifications (or working towards) such as BIM Certifications, buildingSMART, PMP or equivalent.
- Experience developing and managing key documentation such as EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC) and coordination platforms like Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Power BI.
- Ideally experience of leading CDE set‑up, model federation, and clash detection workflows.
