About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EIA Coordinator at a Senior level through to Senior Associate to join our team permanently. You will support the planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects across the UK, advising clients through the development lifecycle. The role includes managing EIA screening and scoping processes, preparing Environmental Statements, reviewing technical input, and producing environmental and planning‑related reports. As a Senior or Senior Associate, you will lead environmental teams, oversee Environmental Impact Assessments, and work with other senior members to develop client relationships and support the growth of junior teammates. You will also contribute to proposals, bids, and the financial management of our project work.
About You
We expect you to have strong environmental planning experience (EIA), preferably in the energy sector, and to be a chartered professional or working towards chartership. You should have a broad understanding of environmental issues, competent knowledge of consenting regimes and development management procedures (Town and Country Planning, Planning Act, Hybrid Bill, etc.), and ideally DCO experience. Leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams, a track record of financial project management, excellent communication skills at all levels, and a capacity to manage and mentor others are essential. Flexibility and competency to meet the demands of the role are key.
