About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering EICA design solutions across a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects.
- Your Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering and EICA designs from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
- Produce electrical calculations, single line diagrams, block cable diagrams, equipment schedules and technical specifications.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients to develop practical engineering solutions.
- Support design reviews, HAZOPs and technical workshops.
- Mentor graduate and junior engineers while contributing to technical best practice.
- Support project delivery across multiple frameworks within the UK water sector.

About You – Essential Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering electrical or EICA design within infrastructure, utilities or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of electrical design standards and low voltage power distribution.
- Experience producing technical calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
Desirable
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer, or actively working towards professional registration.
- Experience within the UK water sector.
- Experience facilitating HAZOPs or participating in design reviews.
- Knowledge of DSEAR requirements and hazardous area design.
