Key Responsibilities:
- Champion innovation, sustainability and digital transformation across all projects.
- Provide technical oversight and governance on complex multidisciplinary projects.

- Drive innovation in sustainable building design, decarbonisation, net zero strategies and digital delivery.
- Support the development of technical capability across mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, sustainability and specialist engineering teams.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients.
- Develop long-term account strategies for key clients.

Proven track record of winning and delivering major buildings projects and programmes. Strong understanding of building engineering design and delivery. Demonstrable experience leading large technical teams and complex project portfolios. Strong commercial and financial management capability. Established client network across the Northeast.
