This is a strategic leadership role for an ambitious engineering leader who combines technical excellence, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You will lead one of the UK's most important regional markets, shaping strategy, growing client relationships, winning major projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary engineering solutions across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, defence, higher education and data centres.

Key Responsibilities:
- Champion innovation, sustainability and digital transformation across all projects.
- Provide technical oversight and governance on complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Promote engineering excellence, quality assurance and best practice across all disciplines.
- Drive innovation in sustainable building design, decarbonisation, net zero strategies and digital delivery.
- Support the development of technical capability across mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, sustainability and specialist engineering teams.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients.
- Develop long-term account strategies for key clients.
- Increase market share across priority sectors including commercial, healthcare, defence, science and technology, education, transport and data centres.
Project Delivery & Commercial Performance:
- Provide executive oversight of major projects and programmes.
- Ensure successful delivery against quality, programme, commercial and client objectives.
- Drive project profitability and financial performance across the regional portfolio.
- Support project teams in resolving complex delivery challenges.

Proven track record of winning and delivering major buildings projects and programmes. Strong understanding of building engineering design and delivery.
