Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment β Translate high-level business objectives into clear, outcome-driven digital initiatives and manage the value portfolio to ensure technology investments deliver measurable benefits.
- Adoption & Change β Champion digital transformation across the water business, helping teams embrace new tools and ways of working.
- External Engagement β Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, showcase Stantecβs digital capabilities, and represent the firm at industry forums.
- Opportunity Capture β Identify high-value client challenges and curate tailored solutions leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver profound results.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree and professional qualifications.
- Strong experience as a Business Relationship Manager, consulting, or digital transformation role, ideally within the AEC/Water sector.
- Good understanding of UK water market drivers (TOTEX, resilience, net zero).
- Proven expertise in Benefits Realisation, Stakeholder Management, and Change Adoption.
- Highly credible with senior leaders and proficient in building compelling, data-driven value cases.
- Passion and drive for innovation in the digital space.
