We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our well-established and collaborative HR Client Services team within a fast-paced growing international business. This role offers a unique chance to support the HR Advisor and Business Partnering team, providing you with valuable exposure to employee relations, engagement, and various aspects of HR policy and governance. About You

  • You bring proven administrative experience, ideally from a busy HR environment or a similar setting where tasks are governed by strict deadlines.
  • This role requires a high degree of self-organisation and independent working, as the team is based around the UK.
  • While a CIPD qualification or similar is advantageous, we also welcome candidates who are eager to work towards obtaining this credential.
  • You possess strong interpersonal communication skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have good numerical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
