Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to be based in Oxford, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your structural engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
In this role, you'll join our large and supportive structures team based in the Oxford office. The team works closely with a number of key clients to deliver successful building projects, from initial concept all the way through to completion (i.e. construction). You'll gain experience across various project scales and sectors, including education, regeneration, refurbishment, healthcare, logistics, technology and commercial.
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll support senior staff with a range of tasks, including concept and preliminary designs, calculations, reviewing drawings, producing sketches, detailed designs, site visits and inspections and report writing. You will also learn to use a wide range of software, including Tekla, STAADPro and more.
