Your Role

We are looking for a Graduate Geospatial Consultant to be based in Leeds, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will be working with an award-winning team of geospatial experts driving digital transformation across Stantec and our clients within the Water sector. You will be part of a client- and user-focused team, championing new digital workflows and integrating technology and data into our services and solutions. You will help to play a pivotal role in helping clients make smarter, data-driven decisions by leveraging the power of location-based data and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). You will be involved in projects that look to develop and apply our range of digital offerings across a variety of contexts – whether this be data visualisation, multi-criteria analysis, automation and efficiency, or best practice data management. You will assist in driving insights from big data to enable proactive management of assets and more informed investment planning—ultimately benefiting communities by using digital technology to help our clients meet the challenges they face.

About You

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. We’d love to receive your application if you have a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental, GIS, Data Science or related subject, and a keen interest in the water sector. We welcome applicants who are:
