Stantec is looking for a Senior Information Manager to play a strategic leadership role in shaping and delivering Information Management (IM) services across major infrastructure and building projects. Working in alignment with the ISO 19650 suite of standards, you will provide expert guidance to clients on planning, implementing, and assuring IM processes throughout the asset lifecycle.

The Opportunity
As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are keen to connect with talented Information Management professionals. The Senior Information Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of IM services, ensuring integration of digital and physical asset information across the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating digital delivery frameworks and ISO 19650 compliance.
- Developing and reviewing critical documentation such as Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), Asset Information Requirements (AIRs), and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Leading workshops and training sessions to foster stakeholder alignment and digital literacy.
- Establishing and governing Common Data Environments (CDEs) to enable secure, collaborative workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
- Overseeing structured data delivery (COBie, IFC, Uniclass) and managing the transition to Asset Information Models (AIMs) for operational use.
- Driving quality assurance, resolving information-related issues, and coordinating seamless data exchanges.
About You:
- A proven track record in BIM and information management on major projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in leading CDE platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Desirable qualifications such as chartered status and certifications in BIM or IM.
- Familiarity with advanced digital technologies including 4D/5D modelling, GIS, and Digital Twins.
