As part of the Business Improvement and Transformation team, and reporting to a Senior Principal Consultant or Technical Director, you will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver impactful change initiatives across a range of projects. This role offers a diverse and collaborative environment, engaging engineers, project managers, contractors, and commercial teams to drive transformation across organisations. You will support the identification of improvement opportunities, design practical approaches to managing transformation efforts at a programme level and help embed change effectively within client environments.
In this role, you will shape and deliver transformation initiatives that create measurable and lasting improvements. Using data‑driven insights and end‑to‑end process mapping, you will identify and plan the approach to leading and supporting people through improvement programmes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of proposed changes, map stakeholder landscapes, and create tailored communication and engagement strategies. You will facilitate workshops, build alignment and maintain momentum across teams. You will plan and deliver engagement, communications and collaboration, ensuring alignment with broader objectives, and capture and communicate the impact of transformation efforts through reports and case studies.
You are a collaborative and driven change professional with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering effective transformation. You bring a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Qualifications- Proven experience delivering change or transformation projects
- Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience embedding continuous improvement cultures
- A proactive and strategic mindset, aligning initiatives to wider business goals
- Strong project management capability from initiation through to delivery
- Solid understanding of operational business processes
- Change management certifications (e.g. APMG, Prosci)
- Programme management and benefits management experience in practice
- Experience within a consultancy environment
- Exposure to regulated industries and capital delivery programmes, especially with a focus on engineering and asset management
