Stantec is seeking an experienced Digital Design Lead to shape BIM standards and drive multi-discipline design delivery across the UK Energy & Resources business. You will govern CAD/BIM guidelines, lead a team of 3D BIM modellers, and collaborate with offshore design centres to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs using Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor and related tools.

You will develop BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, and ensure alignment with ISO 19650 while mentoring.
