The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth and expansion we are recruiting an experienced Digital Engineering Manager (with BIM experience). We have developed a strong reputation within the sector as a leading, progressive and forward-thinking consultancy, focused on delivering high quality outputs to ensure the client achieves their outcomes and business benefits. We need to develop our BIM capabilities across Information Management and 3D Modelling, following ISO19650.

This role will focus on leading the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex Energy and Resources projects including Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution and Renewable, Waste & Generation projects, among others. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and driving innovation in digital project delivery. The Digital Engineering Manager will oversee multiple projects, mentoring teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders and will focus on managing project-specific digital deliverables and supporting implementation across the project lifecycle.

About You

Ideally you will hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline and ideally hold professional certifications (or working towards) e.g. BIM Certifications, buildingSMART, PMP or equivalent. In addition you will have experience of developing and managing key documentation such as EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP, alongside advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC) and coordination platforms like Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Power BI. Ideally with experience of leading CDE setup, model federation, and clash detection workflows.
